Brownie Cup cakes

观音诞的前一天，突然有做蛋糕的欲望，但想来想去就是不想做之前的triple chocolate muffin 和海绵蛋糕。所以挖啊挖，找啊找啊找，终于让我在Chirstine Ho的网站里找到Brownie!

这个Brownie真的很容易，不需要技巧，只需要耐心和毅力就能完成了！重点是很好吃，而且超松软的！！比较常做的triple chocolate muffin 还是喜欢brownie的口感，虽然triple chocolate的用意就是增加muffin的湿度。
